Travel Fees and Payment Policy
This policy has been adopted because we, as a club, must make a financial commitment to the state and finalize the registration of our teams by a certain date. After the state deadline is past, the club must pay a penalty if we cannot fulfill our commitment.
The registration cost for one season of travel soccer is $275 for players age 9U-10U; $325 for players age 11U - 12U; and $350 for players who are age 13U and older (those that play on the big field). This fee includes the cost of one tournament. All tryout fees paid are applied to this cost for one season of travel.
$50 non-refundable deposit due at try-out. If a player is not offered a roster spot, the fee will either be applied to a recreational league registration on refunded upon request. Any player offered a roster spot who declines it for any reason will not be given a refund of the try-out fee.
Remaining fees are invoiced when you accept the roster spot on or before commitment night ($300 for age 13U and older, $275 for age 11U-12U, $225 for age 9U-10U).
A $25 late fee will be charged to player's account on if fees are not paid in full by commitment night or a payment plan has not been accepted by commitment night.
No child will be rostered on a team without full payment being made.
When paying by Master Card or Visa online, please note that the merchant name which appears on your statement is Kokomo Soccer Club. If you decide to challenge the transaction, Kokomo Soccer Club reserves the right to charge you $35 to cover our costs associated with the challenge. This fee is similar to a check returned for insufficient fees.
You may pay in full or sign up for a payment plan at the time of commitment to the team. Commitment night for both fall and spring seasons is June 30, 2024. To avoid a late fee of $25, accept your roster spot by commitment night or 7 days after your notification, whichever is later.
- Approximately $85 for youth sizes.
- Approximately $95 for adult sizes.
- All uniforms are ordered through Soccer.com
- Required items are: Solid Red Jersey, Solid White Jersey, Blue Shorts, Red Socks and White Socks. The Red Jersey with white sleeves is OPTIONAL.
- Jersey numbers are assigned by the club to each player. Please do not change your assigned number at the point of purchase or you will be required to purchase an additional jersey.
